From past experience I'd say 90% of all teens are clueless little pissants who need to shut the hell up and start giving a shit about something that matters, as opposed to their 2-week boyfriend or how far someone went with whoever on Saturday night. I'm going to assume not much has changed.

How can I put this..
I'm not racist but I'm really against the actions and behaviors of certain people that live in the ghetto. And by behaving in this way the African American culture has prolonged racisms and has even enforced them. I live among some of these people as well, and there is times that i really need to remind myself that its not because their black that they act this way. But its hard to think this because a lot of the black people I see act.. appalling, obnoxious, and loud. Yet when i see the people from africa i just see them as normal people. There is nothing African remotely left in contemporary African American's just like there is nothing left of my Polish and Sweedish backgrounds. So why should i dismiss and overlook this behavior, It has nothing to do with the skin color but the skin color reinforces stereotypes that hold true for most cases I see . For most part in American Society now a days, Black is not a skin color, its a behavior. People are People

But I wouldn't have said it.

Kids who get involved with gangs, violence, or other ridiculously stupid shit that does nothing but make them look bad fit into the 90% group I posted above. They need to realize that it's only a few years that they're teenagers, and that if they wanted to they could go elsewhere if they'd only be patient, and smart enough to realize it. The problem is most every teenager thinks "Oh my god my problems are so difficult, nobody cares or understands me", then they go off and do stupid shit, or try to fit in (anywhere from popular cliques to gangs). Christ compared to the rest of your life, your teenage years are just a shitstain on the gigantic bed blanket of your existance. It's not their teenage years they should be caring about, it's their future. And hardly anyone realizes that.

That's the smart way to think, because most people are only concerned about their own lives. And if you did discuss your life, people would only throw you into one of the many different stereotypes out there. And that's not what you want. You just keep your life how you want it, your problems to understood, and do what you think you should do and you'll be much better off than the common would-be-suicidal teenager of today.
